Job Title: Legal Advisor/Paralegal

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor/Paralegal to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide critical support to our business operations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, preparing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of bespoke and industry-standard commercial agreements for our operational businesses and group functions.
  • Managing legacy litigation claims in the region for our company and its subsidiaries.
  • Offering legal guidance and advice to our management team.
  • Coordinating with external lawyers to assess legal issues.
  • Conducting legal research and monitoring the regulatory landscape.
  • Assisting with the implementation and ongoing regulatory compliance requirements for our group.
  • Assisting with debt collection matters.
  • Assisting in the development and roll-out of legal training to our business.

Requirements:

  • Strong academics of at least 2:1 or equivalent; must have completed either a law undergraduate degree or other undergraduate degree plus the GDL.
  • Completion of LPC/training contract is preferred.
  • Some initial work experience in an international or national law firm or in-house is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in preparing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing litigation claims with outside counsel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a solutions-oriented and commercial approach to decision-making.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal clients, external counsel, and our global Legal Team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in a previous in-house role, dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with property and commercial law and/or the aviation sector.
