The Paul Davis Restoration of Greenville and Spartanburg is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Head of Year to join our team. As a key member of our pastoral support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the academic progress and well-being of students across a year group.
Key Responsibilities
- Track student progress, behavior, attendance, and punctuality data to identify areas for improvement and support targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with the Head of Year to develop and implement effective pastoral strategies that promote student engagement and academic success.
- Run targeted interventions to support students who require additional support, including those with special educational needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a pastoral support role, with a strong understanding of effective strategies for promoting student engagement and academic success.
