**Salary**: up £29,000
My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy companies in the world. The team is based across Warwick and flexible arrangements are supported and encouraged, although there will be a requirement to attendthe office as and when required.
Job purpose:
The Operations Support team sits at the heart of Operations and is fundamental in enabling the successful delivery of maintenance and project work by GT Operations, in line with our safety and economic regulatory obligations.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support by undertaking the role of data steward for the Operations Support Team by tracking and monitoring Non-Routine Operations procedures, supporting regulatory reporting requirements and driving complianceacross Operations through the coordination of the risk register, audit actions and compliance returns.
Key Accountabilities:

- To provide general administrative support, by following appropriate procedures for routine administrative activities, to the Operations Support team by arranging workshops, meetings and travel bookings
- Responsible for managing the performance hub and metrics for the Operations Support team
- Responsible for producing, updating and circulating relevant KPIs e.g. Non-Routine Operation KPIs for GT to monitor compliance with Safe Control of Operations procedures (SCO/94)
- Analyse data to identify trends to assist with understanding the root causes of specific issues
- Responsible for maintaining the Operations risk register and coordinating the interactions with the GT risk register
- Driving compliance through the coordination of action close outs, e.g. Audits, BIRs, etc.
- Provide finance support, i.e. raising and tracking purchase orders from process start to finish, confirmations and managing monthly financial departmental reports
- Supporting the Operations teams in the review of feedback, escalation of issues, facilitation of key events and workshops, taking meeting minutes and managing the circulation and completion of actions, supporting departmental presentations and provision ofwider administrative support.
Key skills:

- Experience of general team administration within a large organisation
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Effective stakeholder management with excellent communication skills and a track record of demonstrating the ability to effectively establish sustainable relationships with key internal and external personnel
- An understanding of Key Performance Indicators and the ability to identify the key drivers of performance to get to the root cause of specific issues
- Effective communication skills including the ability to manipulate and present data and information to support business requirements
- Good knowledge of SAP purchasing system for reporting and raising of purchase orders
- Sound use of MS Excel for financial reporting and tracking
- Ideally an understanding and experience of process improvements using performance excellence tools and techniques based on accurate data, end to end process and lean management
- A record that demonstrates an appetite for continuous improvement in relation to their own development.
