**Shift**: Days - 37.5 hours
Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:45pm and Friday 08:00am to 12:30pm

**Office Administrator** required to join a well-established automotive manufacturer, based in Warwick on a permanent basis offering a competitive salary and attractive benefits package.

Our client is an automotive manufacturer with a global reputation and significant growth plans. With their new state of the art office in Warwick, they are looking to expand their team in line with their anticipated growth.

They are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing a proficient and professional customer service.

**The Office Administrator** **duties**:

- Working directly with the Research and Development team to provide day to day support across various functions and locations.
- Responsible for the efficient management of visitor arrangements, screening and forwarding incoming calls, travel bookings, management of all meeting room bookings on-site, and general administration.
- Distribute incoming post and frank outgoing post
- Support the finance team with invoicing and statements
- Prepare business expense reports, as and when required
- Perform other clerical duties, as required
- Cover reception duties/switchboard at other sites when required
- Order all office supplies
- Raise purchase orders and track invoices ensuring accurate tracking of spend for R&D
- Occasional communication with suppliers
- Ordering workwear and PPE for R&D (Research & Development) where required
- Collate monthly timesheets for R&D
- SAP reports for finance team and closing open PO’s monthly

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience of the Office Administrator**:

- Proven work experience in similar role
- Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (word, excel, outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Attention to detail
