**Overview**

Our Audi Hatfield Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.

As a Sales Progressor at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.

**What you will be doing?**

Control the movement and security of all retail vehicles on site

Maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles

Ensure cars are fully prepared to the correct standards and customer requirements for delivery

Accept delivery of all New and Used Vehicles, carry out necessary checks (damage, paperwork etc.)

Report any damage or paperwork discrepancies immediately to management

Conduct accurate and timely appraisals of all retail vehicles taken into stock and the arrangement of required work

Give direction and prioritise work for Workshop Controller

Give direction and prioritise workload for Car Valeters

Carry out regular checks on all used car stock to maintain Approved Used Car standards.

Maintain all Used Cars on display to required standards, this includes a weekly log to be maintained for tyre pressures

Maintain the photographic ratio of all cars advertised to be above 90%

All approved Used cars to be prepared within 5 working days

Maintain demonstrators to the highest standards

Maintain all showroom cars to the required standards, including, including maintaining a battery check log

Make sure all auction cars are available for collection with the required paperwork
