An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to a variety of corporate clients and to ensure clients receive the best possible customer service. The role is based in the Hatfield office, with our global client whois experiencing phenomenal growth. You will be offered the flexibility to work from home and/or from the office. You will be working as part of a super friendly team within a busy role that requires you to use your wonderful customer service skills and initiativeon a daily basis. Your duties as the Sales Administrator will be vast and varied and include:

- Promptly escalating issues where necessary or seeking appropriate advice. Providing after sales support to your clients, responding to account queries and assisting with logistics queries.
- Produce and manage a variety sales reports for the team and working to tight deadlines
- Ensuring all systems are maintained and updated (mainly CRM and Excel)
- Work closely with a wide range of internal teams acting as the first point of contact for all communication
- Work within the team’s performance KPI’s to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded
- Improving systems and processes to ensure greater efficiency
- Ad hoc team projects as and when required

**Sales Administrator Skills & Experience**:
This is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing and personable individual who wishes to be part of a fast paced and extremely busy high performing team. Your excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and initiative will be completely utilised.You will be working within beautiful corporate offices with the flexibility to work from home, free parking and 35 hours per week. You will have:

- CRM and excel experience gained within an administrative role
- be able to demonstrate examples of providing wonderful customer service experience while working in a busy environment.
- Order processing experience would be an advantage

Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (hybrid working)

**Salary**: £26K plus a £3K bonus

Benefits: private medical, 25 days holiday, pension, sick pay, free parking etc.
