_Ellis Mason_ are recruiting for a**SALES ADMINISTRATOR**to join a busy manufacturing business based in Hatfield.
As the**SALES ADMINISTRATOR, **you will be responsible for assisting the Sales team with all administration duties including stock availability, order allocation and progression on builds.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
- Permanent, full time role
- Salary up to £26,000
- 10% annual bonus
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 8% pension
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
THE JOB
As the**SALES ADMINISTRATOR,**your duties will include:
- Generating and issuing purchase orders for suppliers.
- Accurately checking and authorising invoices.
- Maintaining control of costs and carrying out vehicle invoicing.
- Generating, issuing, and maintaining vehicle documentation such as certificates of conformity, vehicle approval documents and more.
- Liaising with allocated bodybuilders, subcontractors and PDI centres to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Coordinating and planning all deliveries.
- Assisting with vehicle transport bookings.
- Coordinating and issuing PDI requests and ancillary fitments.
- Processing of vehicle warranty activations.
- Generating and issuing customer care plans.
- Processing vehicle registrations on the DVLA RaV web service.
- Covering duties in periods of team members absence.
