We are delighted to be able to recruit on behalf of our client based in Stanley. We are looking for a super organised, multi-tasker who relishes new challenges and likes to be kept busy. Our client is looking to appoint a Planning/ Production Support Administrator to provide administrative support to the projects, health & safety and production environments.

Duties include;
Project support:

- Purchase order management, parts ordering
- Costs and budget tracking
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Tracking action points
- Organisation of project related paperwork
- Scheduling & coordinating contractors and resources
- Collecting and collating project & contractor information
- Management of equipment hire for contractors
- Liaising with staff about project functions and developments
- Management of changes to project scope
- Call screening
- General administration

Health & Safety support:

- Collate and scan all H&S documentation
- Taking and distributing committee meeting minutes
- Production support and administration

Essential Attributes:

- An excellent attitude to work
- The ability to multitask
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone

Desired Experience:

- Experience in using Microsoft office packages is highly desirable
- The ability to take minutes in meetings would be beneficial to the role
- An up to date first aid certificate would be beneficial but is not essential

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11.42 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
