Job Title: Construction Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our construction team in a challenging and varied role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction division, including managing paperwork, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and assisting with project scheduling and budgeting.

This is an office-based position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent IT skills. We expect the ideal candidate to have previous experience of administration within construction and knowledge of compliance regulations within construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with tenders and ensuring compliance
  • Coordinating suppliers and subcontractors efficiently
  • Assisting with project scheduling and budgeting processes
  • Managing documents effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of administration within construction
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations within construction
  • Highly organised multitasker with excellent time management
  • Excellent IT skills

Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + Benefits
