Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Renovo Group comprising of Renovo Solutions Limited - a bespoke precision cutting tool manufacturing and reconditioning business and Renovo Tool Co. - a supplier of precision cutting tools across the UK and Ireland which are based in Tanfield South Industrial Estate in
County Durham. We deliver a service that supplies, designs and manufactures bespoke cutting tools and reconditions tools to the same standard as buying new.

Due to our rapid success and growth over the past few years we are looking to expand our team further. Our Business Support Team play a key role in our business, offering a wide variation of administrative tasks to the wider business teams. We are looking to recruit an experiences full time accounts administrator with experience in both accounts payable and receivable - no industry specific knowledge is essential. This is an excellent opportunity if you are organised, methodical and keen to join a rapidly growing business.

This role is full time working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week working from our newly refurbished offices and factory in Tanfield Lea (option to work from home 2 days a week if desired). Part time hours avaialble.

The role/ key responsibilities:
Working collaboratively supporting both Renovo Solutions Limited and Renovo Tool Co. in all accounts related tasks. In short, you’ll be responsible for handling the company’s monthly payroll, inputting of accounts day-to-day, and ensuring accurate and timely production of all financial transactions and reports (if/ when required).

A breakdown of your responsibilities includes:

- Input and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable;
- Creating monthly supplier payments;
- Company monthly payroll, pensions and HMRC submissions;
- Processing VAT returns;
- Daily reconciliation of all bank accounts, resolving any differences;
- Set up and maintenance of supplier accounts;
- Assist with preparations of the end of year accounts;
- Produce P&L accounts monthly;
- Send statement to suppliers;
- Assisting the external accountant when needed;
- Other ad-hoc duties when required.

Key requirements:

- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn is what we look for most
- Experience in Xero is required for the role with a minimum of two years’ experience in accounts.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written,
- Excellent diligence and attention to detail
- Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to multitask
- Can act proactively and with initiative
