The role

Who are we?

Access Fertility is the first, largest and most trusted provider of IVF Refund & Multi-Cycle Programmes in the UK. We work with more than 60 partner fertility clinics to offer patients the chance to fix the cost of IVF treatment, make savings and receive a refund if they do not have a baby.

Who we are looking for

This role would suit anyone who has excellent customer service skills. An interest in healthcare and experience using Microsoft office packages is essential. Previous experience, while helpful, is not required as full training will be provided. This role requires a good standard of spoken Spanish and English.

We are currently following a hybrid model with employees working at least 2 days in our office based in Farringdon, London and remote working for the rest of the week. We also have a team in Spain who currently work remotely.
