Role and Responsibilities
- Investigate & resolve customer questions to gain sales.
- Maintain thorough and accurate sales administration records within systems (Calculus)
- Keep confidential records & financial information private & secure.
- Learn how to use EPOS systems & internal company systems to deliver great customer care.
- Liaise with company & suppliers to arrange deliveries.
- Help customers online to process their orders, register their products warranties or claim any offers.
- Have good time management skills.
- Report to line manager repeated issues that arise and work with the team to resolve.
- Work as part of a team to drive positive company results.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience customer services ideally in a retail environment
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with ‘C’ grade passes or above in Math’s & English
- Able to display experience gained in the proficient use of IT systems.
Desirable
- NVQ/diploma in customer services levels 1,2 and 3

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £19,036.00 per year
