People Solutions are hiring for an Administrator to join our client based in Normanton, West Yorkshire. This will be a full remote role with no office based working.

Day to Day Duties
- Provide analytical reports as required for Inventory and Network Planning.
- Develop and maintain procedures for data generation and input into all NHS related Systems.
- Develop and maintain multi source databases to facilitate the product life cycle contract requirements.
- Approving and managing new lines introduced into the network using the cost to service model.
- Setting up new product lines in time for contract launch.
- Working with suppliers to ascertain the best route to customer, ensuring suppliers are compliant with our processes and procedures.
- Training suppliers on Supplier Portal for amendments - setting up new suppliers/accounts.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Review route to market regularly and work with Procurement to manage appropriately.
- Identify continuous improvements.
- Understand where needs may require alternative solutions and explore options.
- Work alongside stakeholders to facilitate requirements to reduce writing off products.

Essential Skills
- Understanding of Operations and Inventory.
- Understanding the technical limitations of our company and identify within these limitations what we can do to make improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR.
- Presentation skills both verbal and written in summarising data and identifying customers’ needs.
- Must be highly competent in all Microsoft packages, Excel (incl. PivotTables & VLOOKUP’s).
- Be able to work on complex solutions alone and provide solutions.
