An opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator working near Wakefield, Mon to Fri role, Permanent Role, Training provided, Circa £23K basic salary

This position is working with one of the UK’s leading Generator hire and repair companies who are at the forefront of their field

The purpose of the Service Administrator is to help keep a smooth running of Key Accounts and General Orders, understanding and supplying needs of the customer

**Responsibilities of the Service Administrator**:

- Ensuring all on/off hire orders are taken in detail and processed correctly
- Advise Transport Department of any necessary movements within a timely manner
- Ability to input data into Sage as required
- Check daily reports to ensure full understanding of company hires
- Liaise with all levels of staff to keep efficiency high
- Deal with customer queries

**Skills desired for the Service Administrator**:

- Confidence with IT and computer packages such as Excel
- Excellent Organisation skills
- Administration or Hire desk experience is useful but full training will be provided
