Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in financial services and strong math skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing expenses, and reconciling accounts
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
