**Role Overview**:
The Technical Administrator will be organised, efficient and provide a clear and professional line of communications throughout the company. A high level of professionalism is required and attention to detail is a must where communication and documentation is required.

**Duties include**:
Update CRMs to include creation of new enquiry, updates, ensuring responses in line with KPIs and communication between customer, outside agencies and staff.

The maintenance of schedules, CRMs and electronic filing systems ensuring smooth operations through timely population and communication.

Engagement with outside agencies at local authority or manufacturer level to supply appropriate paperwork and follow up communication.

Address client enquiries and efficiently communicate, address, or signpost accordingly.

Provide ongoing technical support for customers.

The maintenance and update of the Faults Register and communicating with key players such as customers, staff, manufacturers and accounts for appropriate actions.

Input invoice/receipts.

**Qualifications and Skills**

IT literate and competent in Office 365, Social Media Marketing and CRM.

Technical awareness or background is desired but can be trained.

Organised and efficient.

Clear and professional communication.

Full Driving Licence.

Good knowledge of office management and systems.

Courteous, polite, flexible, friendly and good sense of humour

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
