- Develop People Plans for designated Business Areas, align with strategic objectives
- Provide business insight to HR and HR insight to business
- Deliver products that encourage our people to take ownership of their own performance, careers and learning
- Position and market ideas so the business understands the benefits
- Provide development and support for managers
