Payroll and Benefits Specialist

HRLife are working with a leading brand in Reading to recruit a Payroll and Benefits Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring all employees receive an accurate monthly payroll and the correct rewards and benefits.

Reporting into the HR Director and working within a small and busy HR team you will be involved with;
- Supporting the HR team in the delivery of an accurate monthly payroll for c. 500 employees
- Inputting monthly payroll changes to the SAP payroll system
- Supporting the monthly payroll Finance reporting
- Responding to employee pay and salary related queries
- Taking an active role in supporting the HR team with the improvement of the current payroll processes, making recommendations for enhancements and efficiencies
- Provide support with the annual benefit renewals process
- Support the day-to-day administration starters and leavers, ensuring they're set up correctly on all benefits schemes
- Administering the pension auto enrolment process for new employees
- Administering all Company benefits programmes
- Responding to employee benefit related queries
- Supporting the HR team with the annual Salary Review and Bonus Review processes, Gender pay Gap Reporting processes and any adhoc reporting
