**About the role
**The services provided across JRHT Care Services includes the provision of residential, nursing, and domiciliary care in both registered homes and extra care schemes.
We’re now seeking a Nurse Lead to be responsible for the management, clinical leadership, and direction of the nursing service, ensuring a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led environment for our residents and their families.
Reporting to the Registered Manager, you’ll lead and improve skills within the nursing team by ensuring nursing skills, knowledge and best practice is adhered to and up to date. You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing, care and support services which treats people with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect and reflects the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and other professional guidelines.
