We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator role for an established Sheffield business.

The role is part time, three days per week (ideally 9am to 5pm, but we’d be flexible with start and finish times if necessary). The role is temporary for a period of 3 months; this could be extended.

Key areas of the role are:

- Assist the Company Secretary and managers with administration tasks
- HR administration
- Health and safety administration
- Business support
- Liaise with the outsourced HR consultant and relevant internal personnel
- Preparing documents
- Online submissions
- Involvement in meetings and minute taking
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects

The salary is c£24,000/£25,000 per annum or £12.00/£13.00 per hour. There is free of charge car parking available.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 22.50 per week

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
