A bit about the role...

We encourage trust and empower our teams to feel supported to make their own decisionsand we love a can-do attitude, boldness and the courage to create positive change. We are wanting you to lead from the front. We also need you to demonstrate the following
- Supporting with stock accuracy trackers, this includes supporting the team during weekly, periodically & Bi-annual stock takes of Stores, this includes physical count of parts in locations
- Reporting and tracking system errors with Support Teams
- ensuring fixes are implemented within SLA
- Supporting Inventory Analyst with recall program of SMS and Excess stock, this includes physically & systematically processing of goods returned, notifying of any non-compliance
- Supporting with all general stores enquires and other daily tasks that may arise, escalating issues to the Team Leader in timely manner
- Support in PPA (Post Pick Audit) for daily picks, ensuring picks are as accurate as possible
