A family-owned precision manufacturing business in Loudwater are recruiting now for an Vacuum Form Production Operative to join them on a full time, permanent basis as a direct result of company growth and you will be part of a small & friendly Production team who work well and support one another. They require a like-minded team player to join their expanding team.

This manufacturing organisation specialise in a variety of machining, forming and assembling capabilities and require an experienced Vacuum Forming Machine Operator/Production Operative that can set and operate vacuum forming machines.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating vacuum forming machines, ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet our stringent standards. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Production Operative (Vacuum Form)

Key Responsibilities and Desired Experience:

* Machine Operation: Set up and operate vacuum forming machines to produce parts according to specifications.

* Material Handling: Load and unload plastic sheets and other materials into the vacuum forming machine.

* Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any issues encountered.

* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

* Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of experience operating vacuum forming machines in a manufacturing environment.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings, and specifications. Strong understanding of vacuum forming processes and equipment.

* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in inspecting and producing parts.

* Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
