- £27,394 Salary
- Based from Houghton Regis offices
- Hybrid with site visits 1/2 times per week
- Must be able to travel to multiple sites (car driver)
- Someone who is solutions focussed
- Experience of delivering great customer service
- (Construction or Housing experience desirable but not essential)

**Customer Care Coordinator role purpose**:

- To provide a fully comprehensive support service to all new homes residents throughout their defect liability period as part of an effective and customer focused Aftercare service that will aim to maximise customer satisfaction.

- To play a key role in the Aftercare team providing a fully comprehensive support service to all new home residents, across all tenures, throughout their defect liability period.
- This will include but not limited to - triaging, raising and closing of all defects submitted by internal and external stakeholders. Liaising with contractors to coordinate remedial works, scheduling appointments and ensuring that all customer communications are recorded accurately.
- This role also delivers gold star standard home demonstrations to all residents upon taking occupation of their new homes and continued support throughout their ‘Defect Liability Period’ by working in partnership with your colleagues to effectively communicate defects to the main contractor for resolution.
