**Responsibilities**

As a Band 5 RMN, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assessing and monitoring patients' mental health conditions, including conducting interviews and observations
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual patients' needs
- Administering medications and ensuring proper dosage and timing
- Providing counseling and emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Valid NMC registration
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
