**Your Purpose**

You'll also work to support teams across the business who work with associates, creating a consistent, organisation-wide, 'easy to do business with' experience, where having AQA on an associate's CV is seen as a proud benchmark, and recognition of assessment expertise.

As the **Associate Resource Manager** , you will manage the relationship with associates, building **positive and effective partnerships** with the associate community, making sure they receive a high-quality experience ensuring retention of their expertise and the successful delivery of the exam series. Working collaboratively with other areas of the business, in particular assessment, operations and the customer teams, to drive best practice in relationship management, ensure consistency of process and pro-actively identify issues to ensure associates are retained and become advocates for AQA.

- You'll have the emotional intelligence and resilience to have challenging conversations around meeting deadlines, performance and **finding positive and constructive solutions.**:

- Putting multiple internal and external customers front and centre, providing high quality support, advice and information.
- Track record of initiating and developing new initiatives and working practices aimed at continuous improvement.
