This role will be working alongside the Customer Insights Manager and the Digital Insights Coordinator to continually improve digital platforms, user experience and content engagement. You will be tasked with a range of activities, such as:

- Ongoing website content creation and maintenance alongside regular testing, troubleshooting and reporting.
- Providing valuable support to the Website and Insights team with the account management, administration, creation, and maintenance of the 'Meet the Employer' website profiles.
- Assisting the team with incoming customer enquiries via our digital platforms.

This is a perfect role for someone looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing and communications (with a focus on website management) with a leading organisation in the education sector.

You will also participate in a detailed training programme. supporting you to learn about all aspects of the business and to develop new skills including:

- Communications and marketing.
- Creating newsletters, editing films, analysing engagement data and designing imagery.
- Website and database (CRM) support.
- Responding to enquiries and maintaining our internal systems.
- Communicating with employers.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating and maintaining content using WordPress across multiple websites, such as, landing pages, news stories, resources, events, 'Meet the Employer' profiles, banners and pop-ups.
- Reporting on search engine optimisation (SEO) performance and website source traffic.
- Content creation for website landing pages and digital assets, reports, infographics and survey designs.
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure the website represents the brand strategy and meets the company’s goals.
- Maintain knowledge of key trends and industry innovations to report back to the team.
- Use your analytical skills to identify any key opportunities for the business to support us to grow and excel in the industry.
- Assisting team with delivery of large digital projects, including research activities, planning, scheduling, internal communications and regular reviews.

You will be completing an Advanced Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing which is expected to take approximately 18 months. As an apprentice, you will receive training to fulfil your daily tasks and be supported by your line manager and other members of the team. You will also be supported by an external training provider to achieve your qualifications.

- Some experience of Google products such as Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager and/or - Data Studio would be beneficial.
- Some experience of Adobe design software packages and/or Canva would be beneficial.

In addition to our fantastic benefits, our apprentices start on a salary of £14,000 per year, and this is reviewed every 6 months throughout your programme.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (finishing at 16:30 on a Friday).

All apprentices will be based in Hitchin, with occasional travel.
