**£11.30 to £13.14 per hour. Salary from £9,401 (Based on 16 hours) plus 45p mileage rate**

**Clifton Homecare are looking for care workers who are passionate about helping others. People like Helen. As a Weekend Domiciliary Care Assistant, Helen supports a group of clients to enable them to retain independence and live their best lives whilst in their own homes across the Lytham St Annes and Fylde area.**

Helen chooses to work shift patterns across the weekend to fit around her lifestyle. She loves the flexibility of her role and the fact that she makes a difference to support others is an added bonus. Helen regularly supports Betty, often during the night. She makes sure Betty is comfortable for bedtime, ensuring she is safe and comfortable through the night. Helen wakes her in the morning and then attends to any personal care needs. Betty’s husband, Den says

Helen prefers working weekend shifts as it fits in with her family and lifestyle and she loves this flexibility about her work. She says:

Our **popular 45 minute care visits**, mean you have longer time with your clients and can build relationships with them.
