**£12.54 to £13.14 per hour. Salary from £26,083 (Full time) plus 45p mileage rate**

**Clifton Homecare are looking for Senior Care Workers who are passionate about helping others. People like Shannon. As a Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant, Shannon supports a group of clients to enable them to retain independence living in their own homes across the Lytham St Annes and Fylde area. She also provides support and training to the rest of our skilled care team as well as on call assistance and supporting the management team with the safe running of the business.**

One of the clients Shannon supports on a regular basis is Mavis, offering companionship and stability throughout the week. Mavis always looks forward to Shannon's visits where she helps her with some food preparation, medication needs and domestic chores. Mavis feels safe in the hands of Shannon and Mavis's daughter describes her as:
**“C**_**aring and considerate as well as dedicated and kind. She really gets the best out of Mum, her face just lights up whenever Shannon comes into the room. As I don't live that close I’m always confident knowing Mum is in great hands with Clifton Homecare carers."**_

Shannon has been a Senior Carer for over 5 years and enjoys working for Clifton Homecare very much. She says:
