Job Summary

We are looking for care professionals to join an established team of like minded care professionals who are passionate about premium quality, person-centred care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients to live independently at home by following high quality care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Accompany clients on social visits and appointments when needed

Experience
- Prior experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is vital
- Valid driver's license and business insurance for transportation needs
- Ability to use mobile phone technology to record call notes accurately

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
