**The Parter of Building Surveying's role**

This property consultancy have developed a well-established team of 7 Building Surveyors of mixed levels, your role as the new Parter of the Building Surveying team, will be to take on the existing team and continue developing it, with significant growth plans for the next few years.

As the successful Partner of Building Surveying, you'll work with a portfolio of existing clients across the commercial, retail, office, industrial and healthcare sectors with the wider team covering the full remit of Building Surveying instructions and working closely with other teams in the office.

**The successful Partner of Building Surveying will have**
- MRICS accreditation, with 6+ years private practice/consultancy experience
- Previous Director/Associate Director position, growing/managing a team
- Strong commercial market knowledge
- Potential new business connections + good business development ability
- Flexible and ability to work well under pressure
- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive
