**Job Description**:
Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant with Team Admin based in the heart of Edinburgh with some remote working and connections with London. An opportunity to work for a fast growing and well-regarded medical specialist with good financial backing. An Executive Assistant and admin role where you will build excellent report with your director.
Duties will include:

- Managing a back-to-back diary- Organising UK and on occasion European travel, flights, train tickets and accommodation- Booking restaurants across Edinburgh and the UK- Collating expenses and processing in a timely fashion- Be responsible for the coordination of board meetings including venue selection and document preparation- Organisation of external client events with Stakeholders- Be the first point of contact for callers and for office guest, giving a professional warm welcome- Selection and distribution of stationery, office supplies and in house cateringThis role will suit you if you are a driven a determined, driven EA who enjoys supporting at Founder level whilst co-ordinating a team and office administration across the UK? Who wants to be part of a growing firm who works at fast pace and where you enjoy being part of a small but tight knit office where your talents as an EA and Team Assistant are seen and valued?
This is a fabulous opportunity if you have had 2-3 years’ experience within a corporate setting such a finance, banking, insurance, health care and or legal. Are now looking to support a CEO and 5 Executives whilst keeping your Office Coordination and Front of House fun?
This role will encompass a variety of EA and administration duties especially helping with external events and greeting clients and visitors.
You will manage the diaries, book flights, coordinate travel, booking accommodation and source great lunch and dinner venues in both London and Edinburgh so a good working knowledge of both Cities would be an advantage.
You will enjoy organising board meetings and have a logical approach to managing expenses.

Hours, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary from £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience and location
