**Looking to kick start your ICT Career? We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Service Desk Apprentice here at Public Sector Partnership Services.**

You will be part of a Service Desk team that covers 3 locations, Spalding, Boston and where you will be based, Horncastle. You will join a fast-paced ICT team that has a proven track record of developing Apprentices and their careers.

The ICT & Digital function cover areas including Service Support, Security & Compliance, Web & Digital Development. As a Service Desk Apprentice, you will be dealing with a wide range of customers, involved in a variety of projects and most importantly, will develop your customer service and IT skills along the way.

**Typical tasks could be**:

- First point of contact on the ICT service desk
- Assisting with service desk incidents and service requests
- Imaging work laptops, phones and tablets
- Creating, maintaining and editing users within the ICT environment
- Ensuring all tickets are maintained and kept up to date

We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in ICT, has good customer service understanding and a passion for learning You will be liaising with a variety of people including internal staff and external companies, so good communication skills are key.

**Qualification**:
You will follow formal training online with Just IT through an apprenticeship framework for the Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification (18 Months). You will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).A Level or GCSE in IT, Computing Science or Engineering is desirable.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- ICT (Information Communications Technician) Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills
- Your 20% off the job training will include; Independent study, 1-1 coaching with your IT Business coach and facilitated workshops delivered all virtually online
