**JOB TITLE**: Corporate Support Apprentice

**LOCATION**:Spalding/ Horncastle

**SALARY**:£23,151 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a **Corporate Support Apprentice**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team at the heart of our business support offering. If you are an aspiring business administrator or looking to take your first step into the world of business more generally, then this could be the role for you.

The main focus of the position is to provide administrative support to the Corporate Support Group as well as their management team. You'll gain valuable skills and experience in a wide range of administrative duties, whilst being exposed to core business processes and procedures at the heart of PSPS, that will be transferable across most sectors. All whilst studying for a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

**Typical duties are**:

- Responsibility for the administration and monitoring of Corporate Services related tasks, such as; Performance reporting, Data Protection, FOI, Audits, Risk & Policy.
- Administration support to key systems. As well as support to users of our systems within other departments.
- Monthly & Quarterly data production, manipulation, and associated administration.
- Resilience cover for a number of corporate responsibilities, including; Communications, Executive support, Customer service, Inbox and diary management.
- Internal/ external event administration.
- Data cleansing and analysis.
- Diary management, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation support for projects and reporting requirements.
- Keeping up to date with changes to the GDPR and completing all relevant training so can support with compliance when needed.
- Support Corporate Management with administrative duties.
- Assist where required with the processing of financial paperwork including; Purchase Orders, invoices, CCNs etc.

**What training will you undertake and what qualification will you get at the end?**
- Business Administrator Level 3 Standard
- Functional Skill English & Math skills (if required)
- Personal learning and thinking skills

Previous experience of working in an office environment would be advantageous, as would an A- Level or equivalent education, but this is not essential.
