Public Sector Partnership Services are undergoing an incredible period of transformation. Part of this has seen the development of a new Revenues & Benefits Customer Contact Team.

As part of this new team you will become an integral part of the fantastic service we provide to our customers across the wider PSPS geography encompassing Boston Borough, East Lindsey and South Holland residents - supporting with any queries relating to Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support.

**Salary: £21,028 rising to Grade 4 upon completion of training (up to £23,857)**

**Typical duties**:

- Help and support members of the public with telephone queries for multiple council services
- Actively promote all self-serve and digital contact channels
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks

**What we need from you**:

- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- GCSE Level C or above ( or equivalent ) in English, Maths and ICT
- Strong ICT Skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Can deal sensitively with customers who may be vulnerable and/or emotional, and situations that may be challenging.:
