Office Administrator/personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Day to day admin including data input and updating spreadsheets in an accurate and time efficient manner
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Responding to supervisors' and engineers' requests and scheduling jobs using specialist job management software
- Generating basic invoices/timesheets
- General stock take of the office and liaising with suppliers to place orders
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
