We are seeking a Global Mobility Senior Advisor to join our growing Global Mobility team which is responsible for the facilitation and management of cross border employee mobility, including international transfers, secondments, short term business visitors and permanent relocations.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Supporting the Global Mobility team with the delivery of international secondments, transfers and ad hoc mobility projects. Acting as an initial point of contact for the assignee, People teams and the business throughout the assignment.
- Day to day management of the active secondments and cross border requests including initial preparations of visa and assignment documentation and cost estimates (e.g. letters and compensation statements) and supporting with ad hoc queries.
- Briefing individuals and the business at the outset of new international moves. Providing mobility advice to individual employees, line managers and other People Services teams.
- Monitoring key dates in relation to assignments, extensions, visas and tax filing deadlines.
- Building strong relationships with peers across the globe in order to support the Group's mobility strategy.
- Raising risk or compliance matters with the Global Mobility Manager appropriately.
- Keep up to date with changes relating to employing migrant workers and ensure this is communicated accordingly.
- Coordinating with external vendors including those providing relocation, immigration and tax services to ensure ongoing management of risk and compliance. Monitoring of invoices and tax payments/refunds and maintaining up to date records.
- Collation of data for payroll and tax compliance with support from the Global Mobility Manager.
- Working closely with the Global Mobility Manager and Business Travel support teams to monitor business traveler populations and reporting requirements. Monitoring population location and risk.
- Supporting with Right to Work queries within the UK and ROI and assisting with escalation queries and communications to the business regarding changes and updates from the Home Office. Responsibility for Right to Work audit processes ensuring compliance with relevant Immigration and Employment legislation.
- Support day to day management of the Sponsorship Licence, working with the Global Mobility Manager to support the People Talent team regarding sponsorship queries including assessment of criteria and eligibility alongside provision of cost estimates. Monitoring for updates required to the Sponsor Management System.
- Work in conjunction with the Global Mobility Manager and People Relations team to review current policies and processes with regards to Global Mobility and Immigration, identifying opportunities for improvement and updating/aligning across the Group.

**What we're looking for from you**:

- Experience in Global Mobility Taxation and Social Security
- Knowledge of UK and ROI immigration procedures
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Experience of managing challenging deadlines
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR procedures and policies is preferable
- Experience of writing and reviewing policies and procedures is preferable
- Ability to build trust and develop effective relationships across different stakeholder groups
- Involvement supporting expatriate payrolls
