Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with managers and site leads to ensure they are aware and comfortable with HR policies and procedures.
  • Update and maintain HR trackers and data.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) as a minimum.
  • Operated in a manufacturing business with 100+ employees.
  • Ability to switch from creating an employee contract to presenting in a SLT team meeting.
  • Proven track record in owning and delivering on a variety of HR projects.

Location: Bolton and Manchester

Commutable Locations: Wigan, Bury, Oldham, Manchester, or Blackburn

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
