**Customer Service Administrator**
- Location - Stroud Office- Fixed-Term - 6-month contract**The Opportunity**
- This is an opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a successful and established customer services team based at our Stroud office. This team supports the Fannin UK business within our Britain & International division, part of DCC Vital, which provides quality products to NHS and healthcare professionals in theatre consumable and critical care product areas.**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Processing customer orders/ data entry
- Providing detailed administrative support
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Ad Hoc duties

**Experience & profile**:

- Customer facing experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage but not essential

**Other Details**
- Full time (Monday-Friday), permanent role (Hybrid working - 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office)
