Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
- Help planning events
- Provide administrative support to office staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and preparing meeting materials
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Conduct research as requested by management
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
**Skills**:
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with data entry and computerized filing systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
Please note that all positions must be paid, including internship positions.
