We are looking for an Admin and accounts assistant for our fast paced, newly refurbished showroom and specialist car seat fitting centre.

Duties will include, but not limited to;
Processing of Supplier invoices

Checking Purchase orders for correct costings

Input of Pricelists

Liaising with suppliers

Filing Paperwork and general office housekeeping
- Worked in an administrative or accounts role previously
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is computer literate
- A high level of attention to detail
- Experience of working with Sage 50 accounts
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
