ABOUT THE ROLE


Due to increased business demand, Prime Secure is excited to announce we are looking for an Accounts Administration Assistant to add to our Finance Team within our Glasgow office o.

The Accounts Administration Assistant will report to the Credit Control Team Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation and distribution of multiple Excel reports within agreed deadlines
  • Processing new job notifications (NJNs)
  • Contacting clients to confirm details for processing
  • Creating clients on finance software and allocating to Credit Controllers
  • Coding of Credit Control remittances
  • Sending statements and copy invoices to clients
  • Ordering stationary and carrying out other general administrative duties
  • Assisting with invoicing (Holiday Cover)
  • Assisting with purchase ledger postings (Holiday Cover)
  • Assist with general ad hoc finance duties.
