My client is a leading Tier 1 Civils/Utilities Contractor with a turnover in excess of £50m. Operating across the UK, they offer a wide range of specialist services to their extensive client base covering the telecommunications, energy, and infrastructuresectors.

My client are seeking an Administrator to join their team based out of the head office in Hertfordshire.

**Role Description**
- Administration of receipting, invoice approval, costings, using Dynamics NAV Evision software. (full training will be given.
- Identifying queries and communicating with the relevant team
**Responsibilities include**:
- Receive internal muck away tickets, concrete measure sheets and material issues, extracting the data and inputting on the relevant spreadsheets in the Procurement drive.
- Ensure that all files are received on time to be included in the monthly costings
- Check purchase orders are receipted and approved, passing to accounts where possible for processing. Request delivery notes, paperwork, or approval of delivery from our suppliers and operational site teams should they be absent.
- Collate and receipt delivery notes from sites into an ERP software as they arrive.
- Check if invoices are receipted and approved for payment, requesting approval from 3rd parties, if necessary
- Raising traffic management purchase orders from quotes, receipting when the invoice has been received and checking they match the original quote.
- Updating monthly data for business Carbon Assessment into Carbon Clear Environmental register.
- Working alongside Procurement, Finance and the commercial teams
