The Job:
As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for leading the team and developing strategies to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, while driving growth and innovation across the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to a large Commercial Team.
- Develop and implement divisional strategies, from mobilisation to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, aligned with core principles.
- Take full responsibility for regional profit and loss, leading client accounts and overseeing growth, service delivery, contract renewals, team development, and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and developing Social Housing Planned Maintenance Contracts.
- Experienced in managing a team of Quantity Surveyors within a Main Contracting setting.
- Knowledge of and experience in developing SHDF contracts advantageous.
