Innovative Reception Class Lead

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Reception Class Lead to join our dynamic school community in Barnet, North London. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of educators, developing and implementing effective teaching strategies that meet the needs of young children.
About the Role
This role involves leading a team of educators, collaborating with them to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Providing individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities, you will also assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong academic record, including QTS, EYTS, and PGCE. A Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent is essential. You should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required, along with strong organisational and timemanagement skills. A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development are also essential.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
