About the Role

Our client, a leading educational institution, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support their reception cohort, consisting of two classes with a significant number of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behavior.



Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to students with SEN and challenging behavior.
• Collaborate closely with the school's SENCO and teaching staff to implement effective strategies.
• Offer flexible assistance to both reception classes as required.
• Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment where every student can thrive.

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and the ability to adapt to different needs.
• Flexibility to support both reception classes as needed.
• A commitment to fostering a caring and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
