**About The Role**:
Wren Kitchens have an exciting opportunity available for a Social Media Executive to help champion the Wren brand on a variety of on-line platforms.

Reporting into our Social Media Manager, you will develop and manage social media activity and influencer relationships with a key objective of increasing brand product and brand service awareness through our social media platforms.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and enhance online conversation through customer engagement.
- Work closely with agency partners and creative teams to ensure we are producing best in class, social-first content at all times with a focus on style, briefing them accordingly.
- Create and update the monthly social calendar with topical and industry leading content.
- Develop the weekly reporting pack to show week-on-week trends of online brand performance.
- Manage day-to-day posting, editing, and optimization of organic content on multiple media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to negative comments/posts on all of Wren’s social media channels, including Facebook, X and Instagram.
- Work with the wider marketing team to develop new social initiatives to drive KPIs i.e product launches, partnerships and influencer content.
- You will assist with producing clear creative briefs for that allow designers to transform social posts and campaign concepts into high quality social-first content for each platform.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to adjust written tone and voice to match each audience.
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
- Experience with and knowledge and understanding of all social platforms.
- Team player and pro-active.
- Good time management skills and a flexible approach to working.
- Ability to work well to tight schedules and deadlines.
