**Hours**: Part time, 21.75 hours
**COMPANY PROFILE**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work our well-established client who are known for providing an award-winning service. They are looking for an experienced administrator to help the team with administrative tasks.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong administration experience
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with both internal and external audit preparation.
- Ensure the staff register is maintained and updated along with the firm’s compliance registers.
- Liaise with the team to ensure all forms and uploading to portals is completed.
- Monitoring the digital archiving operation and arranging for the disposal of hard copy files that are past the expiry date.
- Compiling weekly and monthly data for reporting and sharing as directed
- Provide reception cover as and when required.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
