Administration Assistant

Location: Ashtead Hospital, Surrey

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time

The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join our Finance team at Ashtead Hospital in Surrey. This role although based at Ashtead Hospital covers the credit control/Accounts facilities for Five Hospitals. This is a highly respected hospital with an excellent reputation for the highest standards of care and service.

Reporting to the Business Administration Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate allocation and collection of all hospital debts. This involves liaising with Heads of Departments, medical insurance companies, patients, and credit control agencies.

We are looking for someone with previous Administration experience ideally in a Healthcare or data driven setting, who can demonstrate:

- Sound numerical skills
- Demonstrated computer skills.
- Accuracy and reliability
- Professional and confident communication skills - in person and by phone
- Excellent customer care skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
