**The Role**
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we need a Portfolio Management Office Administration Support to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.
Reporting to the Head of PMO, the Administration Support provides general administrative support to the PMO Team, Change Team and wider Product & Technology Team. You’ll help the team to deliver governance, assurance and administration.
You will also:
- Set up users and projects within the time tracking system, administering timesheets and completing regular reporting for auditing and cross charging processes. You’ll also carry out starter and leaver administration for contract resource, liaising with teams across the business.
- Administer project set up within the Project Management tool, carrying out regular quality audits and running reports.
- Updating the Central Portfolio Plan weekly, highlighting any quality issues or missing data
- Scheduling meetings, supporting the creation of meeting packs, capturing minutes and actions, following up actions
- Mailbox and calendar management
- Coordination of team events

To be considered as our PMO Administration Support, you will need:
- Effective organisation skills, prioritising your workload to meet deadlines.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to details
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business, displaying a good level of emotional intelligence.
- Administrative experience within a varied and fast paced role
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and a strong sense of integrity
- The ability to work as part of a team
**The recruitment process**
Stage 2: If successful, we’ll arrange a **Telephone Evaluation** call to get to know you and your motivations, tell you more about the role and Premium Credit Limited, and answer any questions you may have. During the call we’ll also ask you to provide work-related examples in response to 2 customer service based questions. This is so that we can assess how you are likely to respond to certain role related situations.
Stage 3: If both you and we agree to continue, we’ll set up a **video interview** with the Hiring Manager and a representative from HR. Whatever the outcome, we will let you know.
Stage 4: Depending on the role, a successful interview will either result in an **offer or a second video interview** with a stakeholder from the team.
Stage 5: If you are successful following the video interview process, then we will extend a **verbal offer**, which will be followed up in writing if you verbally accept.
