Support Services Management Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Female Deputy Service Manager to join our team in Ashtead, Surrey. As the successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing rotas, supervising staff, training new team members, and leading and supporting the team to complete support plans and risk assessments.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, making decisions in the absence of the home manager, and demonstrate strong administration skills. A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
The salary for this position is £30,000 per annum plus benefits, with an additional £50 per sleep-in shift.
